Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy is simple. 

 

We have a flat-rate cost of $3.95 on all orders, no matter how many things you buy!  This includes USPS first class shipping (3-5 days).

If a customer would like an order to be expedited more quickly, he/she will need to check this option at check-out and will be required to pay the additional cost based upon weight of the order.

 

Things get better! 

 

Any order shipped to the U.S. or Canada over $75, ships for free with USPS first class shipping (3-5 days)/Canada first class (7-18 days).  If a customer with an order over $75 would like an order to expedited more quickly, he/she will be required to pay the flat-rate additional costs listed below:

 

USPS Priority             (2-3 days)       $5

USPS Express             (1-2 days)       $17

Canada Priority           (5-7 days)       $10

 

Tracking Numbers

A tracking number will be sent to your email address upon the shipment of your package.

 

International Fees

Any fees required by your country’s customs, taxes, etc., are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Replacements

Returns & Exchanges within 30 days

 

At Beadsbee.com, we want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their new purchase. A customer may return or exchange any item if, for any reason, they are simply unsatisfied with their product.  Beadsbee.com has a 30-day return or exchange policy, beginning from the date of purchase.  As long as the product is in new and unworn condition and in original packaging we will happy to return or exchange your purchase.  If a product was damaged prior to being received by a customer, such details must explained in written form (letter, email, or fax) within 14 days of purchase date.

 

How to Complete a Return/Exchange

 

  1. For all returns and exchanges, we begin by issuing an authorization number.  To obtain your return/exchange authorization number, send us an email, letter, or fax indicating your desire to return/exchange your item (see contact info below).  Please indicate in your request the reason for your need to return/exchange your item.  If you are returning/exchanging your item due to damage that occurred during shipping, this information must be included in your request and within 14 days of purchase date.

  1. After your request for authorization is received we will send you a Return/Exchange Form, which will include your authorization number.  Complete this form and follow the simple instructions to complete your exchange/return.

 

  1. Mail your item back to Beads Bee by way of the U.S. Postal Service. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE: original packaging, authorization form, and original invoice. We require that the product be returned at least in the original package contained within the shipment box.  If for some reason you can’t use the original shipment package, package your product safely by using a cardboard box or padded envelope. Beadsbee.com is in no way responsible for lost, damaged, or returned shipments.

 

What’s next?

 

When Bead Bee receives your package, we will immediately proceed to process your request.  Processing will take 5-7 business days.  Note: Beadsbee.com is in no way responsible for lost, damaged, or returned packages.  Once your request is processed by Beads Bee and if we can see that a return/exchange is in order, based on specifications explained above, we will return payment or re-ship your new product (whichever procedure applies).  Payment will be returned in the same manner in which it was received.  After Beadsbee.com finishes processing your request, you will receive an email stating that your request has been processed and when you can expect your return/exchange.

 

SHIPPING EXPENSES

 

The customer is responsible for any shipping expenses, in the case of a return/exchange.  However, if a product has been received in error by Beadsbee.com or has been damaged during shipping prior to the customer receiving their product, then Beadsbee.com will pay for shipping costs.

Warranty

Watch Band and Watch Face Warranty


 Beadsbee.com watch bands and watch faces have a warranty of 30 days from purchase date.  If your product breaks during this time period we will return or exchange it for free (minus shipping to Beads Bee) and under the following conditions:  Warranty includes a watch band breaking without reason, and/or a watch face that stops functioning properly without reason.  If a watch band needs re-stringing, original beads must be returned to Beads Bee for the band to be restrung.   Not included in warranty are cracked, scratched, or water damaged watch faces, damaged after shipment.

Order by Fax

Purchase Order Form


Although ordering through our website is completely safe and secure, we understand that this is not for everyone and so we do offer alternatives for ordering other than through the internet.  For customers who prefer to purchase through Fax, use this form to make your order.  Simply fill out the information on the form, include your payment, then fax us your completed form.  Note: Those sending a purchase order form by fax will be required to pay with credit or debit card.  When mailing your purchase order from, please also send an email to email@beadsbee.com, letting us know of your upcoming order so that we can anticipate your order and be prepared fill it more quickly.  Any returned checks paid to BeadsBee will be subject to a $30.00 NSF fee.
