Q. If I’m returning a product, how do you issue refunds?

A. Refunds are issued in the same form that the purchase was made with.

Q. How do I put on/take off my watch set?
A. Although the watch set is made to be interchangeable with faces and bands, and can be removed by unclasping the band from the face, it is not necessary that your remove/put on your watch set this way every time.  The stretchy band used to string your beaded watch band is made to be strong and can resist the stretching that occurs from being put on and taken off for your wearing use.

Q. If I give a product as a gift, can the recipient exercise the exchange policy?
A.  Yes.  Include with your gift Beadsbee.com information on how to make an exchange in case your recipient would like a different size or style.
